Chemical and Food Company. Among other products, this company elaborates and develops bactericides and organic fungicides, floral preservatives, biocides for agriculture, biocides for aquaculture, preservatives for woods, and bactericides for the industrial processing of paper. In the food industry area, this company offers garlic paste, crystallized fruit and colorings for bread/bakery.

AGROREPRAIN is the original name of this company, when it started to operate in Ecuador (1987) with food processing. Two years later,AGROREPRAIN began to manufacture products for industrial paper and wood. In 1990, this company launched to the market the first product for the post-harvesting of flowers. The name of this product is "EverFlor Universal". At present, we have sixteen products in the market, with which we have completed our post-harvesting line of products.

The brand AGROREPRAIN is broadly recognized and demanded, because of its high quality and the effectiveness of its products, which are used today by the great majority of producers and exporters of flowers in Ecuador, Peru and Colombia.

In 1995, AGROREPRAIN introduced a new bactericide, fungicide and antioxidant to the market, for the Ecuadorian shrimp industry, in order to prevent and control diseases in this crustacean. This company has also developed a new disinfectant, specifically designed for the seafood packing industry, and also for shrimp breeding.

The AGROREPRAIN products are directly commercialized, and also through authorized distributors who are located near the places where the product is demanded. Nowadays, this company has an appropriate administrative organization, and also counts with qualified technical personnel for the elaboration, commercialization and development of new products. Additionally, a group of engineers provide an opportune and permanent technical assistance to the clients.

The factory of AGROREPRAIN is located in Quito, capital city of Ecuador, at 4 kilometers distance or 15 minutes away from the city (Interoceanic Highway).
The main centers of commercial activities of AGROREPRAIN are located in Guayaquil, Machala and all over the Ecuadorian Coast for shrimp and agriculture industries; Quito and the valleys of the Andes Mountains (Sierra) for agriculture and flower industries.

Through their Research and Development Department, AGROREPRAIN is working at this moment in the elaboration of a new line of organic products for the post-harvest of export fruits and vegetables, oriented to satisfy the required demand of the Ecuadorian exporters that commercialize non-traditional food products.

From the beginning of their production activity, AGROREPRAIN focused on its main purpose of competing in the market through high quality products, and to provide an adequate and permanent technical assistance to the clients.
